Heather Phillips
Barn Manager, Instructor
Heather studied Equine Management at Cazenovia College and has been part of the Holly Hill family since 1996. In 2007, Heather won the Grooms Award at New England Finals. Her unparalleled skills as both an instructor and manager ensure that every horse under her expert care arrives at the ring happy, healthy, and ready to win.
Rachel Clawson Sherer
Trainer
Rachel is a seasoned equine professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Raised at Fieldstone, she refined her expertise under the guidance of renowned equestrians including Peter Wylde, John and Beezie Madden, Julie Chandler Kelly, Tommy and Amber Harte, and Scott Stewart. Rachel has competed extensively, showcasing her skills at prestigious events such as the Winter Equestrian Festival, Derby Finals, and various competitions along the East Coast.
